- Mechanical ventilation system for private bathrooms, kitchens, public service
corridors, basement and car parks
- Water supply system: For swimming pools, and hot water supply for all
bathrooms, public toilets and kitchens
- Central waste water treatment system in compliance with ministerial regulation

- Waterproofing feature: Appropriate proofing will be applied to designated area
where applicable
